Texas BBQ Steak with Avocado Wasabi Dip

We have grilled beef chuck roast with a blend of 6 spices and 4 herbs. Wasabilly is our original sauce, combining wasabi stems, soy milk, and mayonnaise.
Angus beef steak to be enjoyed with a dipping sauce.
Ingredients (4 servings):
Angus beef chuck roast: 180g
Small potatoes: 30g
Green beans: 2 pieces
Red onion: 20g
Texas spice blend: 6g
Avocado: 1/2
Wasabili (Wasabi sauce): 40g
Instructions
- Rub Texas spice into Angus beef, place it in a pan with oil, and cook both sides until golden brown.
- Once both sides are nicely colored, wrap it in aluminum foil and let it cook through with residual heat.
- Boil small potatoes in advance.
- Add green beans, red onion (julienned), and halved small potatoes to the pan from step 1), and cook.
- Finely chop the avocado with a knife, mix it with Wasabilly, and create a dipping sauce.
- Cut the Angus beef into bite-sized pieces and return them to the pan from step 1)
- Once you place the dipping sauce and the pan from step 6) on a cutting board, it is complete.
